TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Rental of Vest

1. Full amount of rental fee is charged and full payment shall be made when the rental order is made.

2. Security Deposit is to be paid on the “Collection Date” as stated on the agreement. The amount of Security Deposit will be refunded in the same form it was received once the rented vest is returned in its original condition. In the event where the rented vest is damaged (torn, wine stains, or unrepairable) or lost, the Security Deposit will be forfeited.

3.  Rented vest is to be returned to Jolivia & Co shop at USJ 1 on the “Return Date” as stated on the agreement. There will be fine of RM30.00 per day for late returns

4.  Rental order can be cancelled no less than 1 month prior to the “Collection Date”. However, the rental fees will be refunded with minus RM30.00 cancellation fee per item after the cancellation is made. If cancellation is made less than 1 month prior to the “Collection Date”, the rental fee will be forfeited.

5.  The rental order placed less than 1 month prior to “Collection Date” is considered Rush Order, and is NOT eligible for Cancellation.
